The public release of the Quickbit App will enable the Swedish market to buy, store, exchange, send and receive cryptocurrency from your network in a matter of seconds.

Quickbit announced today, that the app which has been in closed Beta, is now publicly available on the App and Play Store to the Swedish market. Using BankID, anyone in Sweden can download the app and get started on their crypto journey, in no time.

The public launch marks the beginning of a long journey ahead for Quickbit –– to simplify the use of cryptocurrency in the everyday lives of people around the world.

The current app features include buy, store, exchange, and send/receive cryptocurrency but the company is planning on updating the app continually, to evolve the feature sets and create robust solutions with the feedback of the community. Next on the agenda is unlocking the sell crypto feature together with other banking services, as well as introducing the Quickbit Card.

Quickbit is registered with Sweden’s financial supervisory authority and has facilitated €500 million in transaction volume on the blockchain since its inception in 2016.
